What a great day we had on Friday! My morning started out by receiving a long stem rose from each student as they walked through the door! This was such a wonderful surprise! :) Earlier in the week one of the students said, "I can't wait to give her the surprise on Friday!" It never crossed my mind that they would do something like this! THANK YOU! These were my roses in the vase that another mom brought for them!

...all of my little ones signed this (minus one who's been sick and in the hospital-Get well soon buddy!)
They're all packed up and ready to go!
Two girls having a good time icing their cupcakes!
Having fun playing Valentine BINGO!
...More BINGO
Now this little one was getting serious! Too cute watching them get technical with their icing. They didn't want to make any mistakes! (Thank you Mrs. Castillo for helping them at this station!)
Stuffing her Valentine's into her classmates Valentine bags (Thank you Mrs. Aquino for helping the students find one anothers bags)!
Hanging out while at the graphing station.
Graphing Conversation Hearts (Thank you Mrs. Huerta for helping these kids sort and graph their different colored hearts!)
More fun with graphing!
Enjoying their cupcakes and apple juice!
Hopefully you could see through these pictures that the kids had a great afternoon. We graphed Conversation Hearts (Math), passed out Valentines by locating and matching student names (Reading), decorated cupcakes by following oral directions (Reading), and played Valentine BINGO by matching letters, pictures, and words (Reading)! I love every minute with these kids! They always keep me smiling!
